Access your local authority’s course guide for those who work with children and young people. Are there any courses that you could attend? Many local authorities run evening sessions, so time away from work is not always necessary.
Take a look at some further websites that will help you gain knowledge or qualifications in areas that interest you.
Where do you see yourself in three years’ time? How will you get there? What qualifications or learning will you need?
