Try to obtain and read copies of the following books. You may like to look for them at your local library:
Use the internet to find inspirational and wise sayings that refer to teamwork and being a good member of a team, from the leaders of the present and the past. Select ones that mean something to you in particular. Type them up and put them up somewhere that will allow you to see them often.
Use the self-evaluation review provided to reflect on your skills as a team leader.
