- Feedback can be seen as a two-way process. The teacher needs to offer the student feedback following a learning experience and the teacher needs to offer the student the opportunity to give feedback following a learning experience. Offering students the opportunity to evaluate a learning experience is vitally important and can help to the teacher to improve future sessions.
