This document ls a ‘Guide to managing transitions in care’ and has been produced by Children and Young People Now and Halliwell. It looks at what needs in place to ensure a smooth transitions into fostering or kinship care.

You may wish to read the rest of the article to see how children view divorce and different family setups.
