A former pupil at your school has approached you about becoming a teaching assistant once he has finished at college. He has all the necessary attributes of honesty, discretion, reliability, and he is hardworking, and understands and likes working with young people, but he gets bored very easily.
He thinks this might be a very good thing as children often get bored quite easily and need a constant stream of interesting things and people to interact with.
