Case Study
Holly and Rishi are apprentice administrators who work at Westwich Local Council. Their contract with the council is for 18 months and they have been in post for 6 months gaining experience in various different administrative roles. They have been asked by their line manager Julia, to look at how their department delivers their service offering to see if they can make any suggestions for changes that will improve how the department works.They are both at a complete loss as to how they can undertake this task.
