Anna is a new member of staff who is has been appointed as key worker to Jason. This is Anna’s first key child and she is concerned about her safeguarding responsibilities. Anna has attended a basic safeguarding course but feels she needs more support in identifying when she should raise concerns and how to deal with parents and family when a concern is raised.
