You are caring for a 12-week-old baby. She is crying a lot and has lost her appetite. The baby has been like this for 2 days now and you are getting concerned; when she is not crying she is sleeping and has not had any calm wakeful moments at all. Also, you notice that her fontanelle is bulging.

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
