It is a Thursday and Jimmy’s care plan states that he will tidy his room this evening, as he does every week, however there is a football match on the television that he wants to watch. Jimmy is refusing to tidy his room, and staff are insisting that he follows the plan.Jimmy is very annoyed, and staff are also becoming frustrated, saying that the Friday staff will be displeased if his room is still not tidied when their shift starts.

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
