The surface outside the entrance to your setting is cracked and uneven because tree roots have broken it. You have reported it to your line manager but, so far, nothing has been done about it.Yesterday a visitor seriously hurt themselves by tripping over the uneven surface. They needed stitches and hospital treatment.
