Case Study
You have been asked to prepare lunch for an elderly neighbour who is suffering with a bad cold and is unsteady on her feet. Although you know the lady you have never been in her house and are unsure where things are kept.
- Describe in a series of bullet points all the things you will do from the moment you enter the neighbour’s house to prepare and serve the lunch until you leave.
- Highlight each action that is designed to prevent the spread of infection.
