Keep a diary of your day, include key things that happened and how you felt about them e.g. did you feel excited, angry, upset. Try to recognise those things that make you think negative thoughts or feel stressed and work to change them
Investigate the role of exercise on mood and mental health either by visiting the library or using the internet
Have a discussion with colleagues, friends or family about what makes them stressed. What common factors are there? What strategies do they have for dealing with stress?
