Understand the context of personcentred thinking, planning and review

Case Study You have been asked to develop an existing care team into a person-centred team. The team are starting to get on well together except for the usual niggles. You understand what a team is but don't know how this is different to a person-centred team. Two team members, Doris and Sue, have worked in other services and are used to organising the lives of service users. Jean has worked in hospitals in the past and Lisa is very new to the care sector. Abraham is starting his first job and Neville is also new. |
- How would you develop these people into a person-centred team?
