Manage care routines for children
This third video, ‘Food Safety Coaching (Part 2): Keeping equipment separate’ has been produced by the Food Standards Agency. Watch this video which shows good practice in preventing cross contamination in the kitchen. This is very important when caring for children with food allergies and intolerances.
