Your setting is drawing up a charter for ‘Partnership Working’. They want every member of staff to come up with ideas for statements to put in the charter. They give the example: ‘Parents and carers are respected as the child’s primary carer.’

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the response you have chosen to this scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
