Two members of the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller community have just joined your setting. For the last five years they have travelled continually and have seldom engaged with the education and health service.

• How would your setting ensure it includes members of this community and reflects its diversity?
• Which services for children, young people and their carers that you already work with would take account of and promote equality, diversity and inclusion to promote positive outcomes?
• How would they do this?
