Sinead has recently moved into the Greenway Care Home. She has Down's syndrome and dementia and her sister, Bronagh, can no longer cope. Sinead has been at the home for 2 weeks now and is still refusing to take a bath or shower. You are concerned about her personal cleanliness and Bronagh is insisting you make sure that she has a bath.

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
