You have three new members of staff in the setting and as part of your new role you will be carrying out their inductions. All three have worked in childcare abroad but not in the UK. You need to explain the basic principles of the relevant Early Years framework for your home nation and how it is applied within your setting.

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the response you have chosen to this scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
