This book looks at reengineering for the twenty first century. (Nicholas Brealey Publishing, 3rd Edition 2001) NB. - Watch this video called ‘Business Process Analysis for Requirements Discovery’, BA Experts. This looks at what is Business Process Analysis?, What types of Business Process Models can you use? And what specific analysis techniques are effective?
