Find and read ‘Reengineering the Corporation: A manifesto for business revolution’ which was written by Michael Hammer and James Champy in 2001. This book looks at reengineering for the twenty first century. (Nicholas Brealey Publishing, 3rd Edition 2001) NB. You should be able to borrow this from a library or it may be available online as an electronic version.
‘Leading Change: with a new preface by the author’ by John P. Kotter. Find and read more about John Kotter’s ideas on change management and leadership, and his eight stage process. NB. You should be able to borrow this from a library or it may be available online as an electronic version.
Watch this video called ‘Business Process Analysis for Requirements Discovery’, BA Experts. This looks at what is Business Process Analysis?, What types of Business Process Models can you use? And what specific analysis techniques are effective?
