Ramada is a teaching assistant who is trying hard to develop positive, professional relationships with the teachers she is working with. Currently the teachers are negative about change and apathetic when faced with new challenges. Ramada has already tried the gentle approach and been as friendly and approachable as possible. The teachers don’t seem to like each other and don’t seem to want to be there.
