Sandrine has been asked to be her department’s representative in a team planning the company’s move to a new office building. She has been asked to produce a list of her department’s current resources and any specific requirements her team has e.g. dedicated printer.
Sandrine is concerned about managing her normal workload alongside these new tasks.
- If you were Sandrine, how would you establish and manage your tasks and responsibilities?
- Who would you talk to in order to agree deadlines for the work?

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
