Research the ethos, mission, aims, and values of different types of educational settings in your area, as well as your setting's, and then:

• Talk to a senior colleague about how your setting communicates their ethos, mission, aims, and values to learners, school staff, parents, and carers
• Ask your colleagues how they reflect this in their role
• Consider the ways you can reflect this in your day-to-day practice
