Ramsey, published by Corwin Press‘Crash course in managing people’, by B. Clegg and P. Birch, published by Kogan Page‘The confidence to be yourself’ by B. Roet, published by Piatkus
Use the internet to find inspirational and wise sayings that refer to teamwork and being a good member of a team, from the leaders of the present and the past. Select ones that mean something to you in particular. Type them up and put them up somewhere that will allow you to see them often.
Use the self-evaluation review provided to reflect on your skills as a team leader. If you do not currently lead a team then think about a time when you have been the leader of a task, however small, and reflect on your skills.Click on the icon to the left to download the self-evaluation review sheet
