You are caring for Andy, a 19-year-old man with a temporary medical condition. Andy tells you that he has a substance abuse problem and once he recovers, he is going to a rehab facility.

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
