  • Was it actually a professional discussion?
  • Was it mainly questions and answers?
  • Was the learner encouraged to explain why/how/when he did things?
  • Were open questions used to encourage discussion?
  • Did the assessor answer some of his own questions?
  • What would you do differently
  • Why would you do it differently
