Watch the clip which is supposed to be a planned professional discussion. Make notes about what is bad about it, think of points such as:

- Was it actually a professional discussion?
- Was it mainly questions and answers?
- Was the learner encouraged to explain why/how/when he did things?
- Were open questions used to encourage discussion?
- Did the assessor answer some of his own questions?
- What would you do differently
- Why would you do it differently
