Kayleigh is nineteen years old and works in an early years setting. She has just had her first appraisal meeting. One of her planned objectives is to attend training sessions focusing on early literacy skills development. Explain the benefits of attending this training for:

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
