Mrs Smith has just moved into Ashby Court nursing home where you are a member of the care team. Mrs Smith has recently been discharged from hospital following a stroke; she has been transferred to Ashby Court for rehabilitation.
Mrs Smith needs help to regain her mobility and also with her speech as the stroke has cased aphasia.
