Ximena has recently joined your setting. She is almost 4 but, because she only came to England from Mexico 4 months ago, she does not yet understand or speak very much English. One day she comes for the setting with a set of four bruises on her upper leg and a similar four on her arm. When she is asked about them, she just shrugs her shoulders. At pick up time her mother says she fell off the climbing frame in the local park.
