You have always enjoyed pancake day – making them, the tradition of tossing the pancake and, of course, eating them.
You have suggested making pancakes as an activity for your room of three-years-olds, but the room leader is concerned about the potential hazards of the hot stove, pan, and oil, and throwing hot food into the air.
- Produce a risk assessment and a risk benefit analysis for this activity.
