This film focuses on how the development of ICT has worked to change perspectives, attitudes and practices in the contemporary classroom. The film highlights a range of opinions, both positive and negative, towards technology; while enforcing key pedagogical theory as to how ICT can be most effectively applied to an effective learning environment. In many of the examples it is important to understand the program or website before using it in the classroom. The video is called ‘The role of ICT in Education’ and was produced by R J Brown.
