Think about some of the areas you’ve identified that you need to work on: perhaps your body language, understanding of children’s nutrition, creative activities, etc. Find some resources at your local library, on the internet, or in a bookshop that will improve your knowledge in this area.
Prepare for your annual appraisal. If your setting has a particular format for this then use your setting’s forms. Take part in your appraisal enthusiastically!
