Post is delivered to your site at 10am, however some staff in the office have complained that they are not receiving their post before lunch and comment that, in some cases, they have come very close to missing a deadline because of it. Others have said that when they get their post, there is nothing to tell them what date it came in so they aren’t sure how to prioritise it.
  1. How could you make the post procedures more efficient?
It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the response you have chosen to this scenario will be judged as right or wrong. Share your scenario with a work colleague and ask them to tell you if they think you have responded appropriately. Ask them to challenge your response if necessary. You do not need to submit this task for assessment unless asked to do so by your tutor.
