Naseem is working as a teaching assistant in a multicultural primary school. Several of the parents have commented that the school does not seem to welcome or celebrate those who use a language other than English at home.
Naseem passed this information on to the senior management team who have responded by asking her to create a display board at the entrance of the school to make it more welcoming.
