Case Study
Emily has been working as part of the team for the last seven years. She has always been well thought of by those she looks after, punctual and efficient.
However, in the last few months she has called in sick several times, often just before or after her scheduled days off. Some of the other members of the team have noticed, and also commented that she has been short of patience when dealing with individuals.

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the response you have chosen to this scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
