This video ‘Dignity in care: Social inclusion’ from the SCIE about the risk of older and disabled people becoming socially isolated. Click on the icon to the left to watch ‘Older people and quality of life: Better life in residential care’ from the SCIE. The video shows older people with high support needs who live in a care home. They talk about what is important in their lives and how they like to be treated. Watch the videos and make notes. Is there anything that you can relate to your setting?
