- What are your organisational procedures for the health and safety induction of new staff?
- How robust are the health and safety monitoring procedures in your workplace?
- How often is everyone informed of changes to legislation/regulation relating to health and safety?
- What improvements could you implement?
In regards to your organisational risk assessments:
- When were they last updated?
- What evidence is there that the entire workforce has been made aware of the policies and reporting procedures?
Evaluate the effectiveness of the systems in place:
- How can you make them more effective?
