Mahmood is the HR manager for a
supermarket chain in the UK – Fresh Foods. It has been brought to his attention
by the manager of the Customer Service department, Jacqueline that there are
going to be 3 vacancies in her department soon. Two of her members of staff are
moving on to another job at a competitor and one of them is going on maternity
leave.
The job vacancies are as follows:
1. Social media advisor (maternity
leave)
2. Customer service manager
3. Customer service assistant – in
store
