This document has since been updated (2016) to include a new rule (Condition D9) which means Ofqual can enforce requirements they set when a qualification’s accreditation ends. It also includes small changes which result from the end of their role as the regulator of vocational qualifications in Northern Ireland. The updated document is as below.
