After sampling evidence from the portfolios of the learners that one of your assessors is responsible for you disagree with some of her decisions. This is not a new situation for this assessor as you sampled her work two months previously with the same outcome.The first time this happened, you gave her feedback outlining your decision, and she appeared to take on board what you said. Consider where you would go from here. Look at all the possible risk factors and decide what you could now do to advise and support her. What would you set as her short, medium and long term targets and how would you monitor these? It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the response you have chosen to this scenario will be judged as right or wrong. Share your scenario with a work colleague and ask them to tell you if they think you have responded appropriately. Ask them to challenge your response if necessary. You do not need to submit this task for assessment unless asked to do so by your tutor.
