Hazna is 4 years old and speaks no English at all. He has recently moved from Mumbai in India and lives with his grandmother who also speaks very little English.
- Think of 5 ways in which you and your staff can help Hazna to develop his ability to communicate with you.

- Plan a number of language rich activities and explain how you can support Hazna to enjoy communicating.
