Write an Individual Behavioural Plan for one of the students you support. Remember to set targets that are SMART. Think about praise and its importance in managing behaviour. As with most things there are a variety of views on the subject. Use the internet to research different viewpoints, then make a chart showing different types of reward, when you would use them in your own practice, and any areas of concern with each method
