- Try over the coming week to notice something about a child who is in your care. It need not be a huge milestone but perhaps they have made a new friend or performed a task particularly well. Before the end of the session, write a sentence about your observations on the ‘Tell Me About’ cards and give them to each parent when they arrive to collect their child.
- Provide feedback at the next staff meeting as to how the communication has been received by parents and if this has had any effects on your relationship with them and their child.
