Make a note of your findings and take some time to research them, using the internet, any books or leaflets in the local library and, most importantly, the parents of the children themselves.

Write a list of things that you would need to tell a new parent to your childcare service. Think about the things they need to know for themselves and for their child. Think about things that will help them to feel confident about leaving their child with you: the safety procedures, what activities you might be doing that day.
