If you feel it would help your working practice ask for some training in your workplace or see if there is an external course in conflict resolution available.
Take some time to create a list of conflicts that have occurred in your setting and those that you could see occurring. Try to write a process for resolving them, discussing your ideas with a trusted colleague, your line manager or your tutor to see if your process would result in a successful resolution.
