Understand how to support the development of children and young people’s social and emotional identity and self-esteem in line with their age and level of understanding

Research your local area for clubs and activities that children and young people can join which would encourage them to recognise their own abilities, talents and achievements. Try to include some more unusual activities which would suit those who are not sporty, musical or particularly out-going. Make a list of the activities, who they are aimed at and how a child or parent could contact them.
