Holly, who works as an apprentice administrator for Westwich Local Council, has been asked to develop a presentation to show to the rest of her team. The council is piloting a new scheme whereby local elderly residents will be offered help to manage their gardens. Young unemployed people will work with the elderly residents weeding, mowing lawns, and cutting back without losing their benefits.

2. What changes might you need to make to present the information to the elderly residents and to the young people?

It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the responses you have to the above scenario will be judged as right or wrong.
