Marge is a new resident in your setting and you are helping her settle in. She was living on her own at home but, following an extensive stay in hospital, she has agreed that she needs to be in a environment that provides additional support. Marge used to be very active in her local community but unfortunately your setting is over 20 miles from her old home.

4. How can you support her to maintain her existing relationships and social networks?
