With your students in mind, consider their individual needs and reflect on their teaching and learning.
  1. What has worked in your lessons and what hasn’t worked?
  2. Is there sufficient support for them all?
  3. Have you needed support and known where to get it from?
  4. Have you sought informal and formal feedback regularly – from whom and how did you gather this, and what changes did you make upon receiving the feedback?
  5. How might you now do things differently, given what you have learnt in this lesson?
It is rare that there is just one way to respond to a scenario or situation, so do not consider that the response you have chosen to this scenario will be judged as right or wrong. Share your scenario with a work colleague and ask them to tell you if they think you have responded appropriately. Ask them to challenge your response if necessary. You do not need to submit this task for assessment unless asked to do so by your tutor.
