Feigenbaum, Karu Ishikawa, Joseph M. Juran, John S. Oakland, Taiichi Ohno. Also, read Chapter 25 ‘The Final Intervention’.

Find a copy of ‘The Essential Deming: Leadership Principles from the Father of Quality’ edited by Joyce Nilsson Orsini (2013 McGraw-Hill Professional). Read: Chapter 2 ‘Quality is made in the boardroom’, Chapter 3 ‘By what method?’, Chapter 4 ‘There is no such thing as instant pudding’, and Chapter 5 ‘A system must be managed’.
NB You should be able to borrow these books from the library or they may be available online.
